Dear Hornet Families,
Beatty Elementary Middle School would like to invite you to attend parent/teacher conferences on Wednesday, October 16th, from Noon - 4 pm.
We encourage you to visit with any or all of your child’s teachers regarding their progress, particularly in content areas where they may be struggling. Since each teacher will be meeting with several parents, we would also like to remind parents to please be patient if there is a short wait time. We encourage parents to keep conferences with teachers brief and to the point. Please do not exceed 5-10 minutes.
If you are unable to attend during the scheduled time, please reach out to your child’s teachers via phone or email to arrange another time to meet or to address any concerns you may have about your child’s academic and/or behavioral progress. This may apply to our PE and Music teachers who work at all three schools. E-mail addresses can be found on our school website.
As a reminder, report cards will be shared digitally, which will provide you with faster and more convenient access to your student’s academic progress. You can access your student’s Q1 report card through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you have any issues accessing your parent portal please contact the school.
