Dear Hornet Families,
Beatty Elementary Middle School would like to invite you to attend parent/teacher conferences on Thursday, March 14th from 4-6 pm.
Even though report cards are not being sent home until Tuesday March 19th, you will still be able to discuss your student’s Quarter 3 grades with the teacher.
We encourage you to visit with any or all of your child’s teachers regarding their progress, particularly in content areas where they may be struggling. Since each teacher will be meeting with several parents, we would also like to remind parents to please be patient if there is a short wait time. We encourage parents to keep conferences with teachers brief and to the point. Please do not exceed 5 minutes.
If you are unable to attend during the scheduled time, please reach out to your child’s teachers via phone or email to arrange another time to meet or to address any concerns you may have about your child’s academic and/or behavioral progress. E-mail addresses can be found on our school website.
