Beatty Schools’ is in need of certified teacher substitutes.
Qualifications:
-Must pass a reference check and drug and alcohol testing.
-Must obtain a Substitute Teacher License from the Nevada Department of Education:
(Applicants must have 60 college credits to be eligible for a Certified Substitute Teacher license.)
(Applicants who have not earned 60 college credits must have a HS diploma or equivalent to be eligible for an Emergency Substitute Teacher license.)
-Must complete two days of classroom observations.
Job Goal:
To provide instruction in the classroom when teachers are absent for any of a variety of reasons.
Working Conditions:
Office or suitable workspace with desk, telephone, computer, and supplies necessary to carry out functions of position description.
Hourly Rate: $157.85 per day or $18.57 per hour
